G F Tomlinson Group Limited Headquarters

The Group in-house development will be the new Group Headquarters and is being procured on a full design and build basis.

The projects consists of the demolition of an existing building and the construction of a new 18,600 sq ft two storey office development complete with 50 car parking spaces. The construction is steel frame with pre-cast concrete planks with the external cladding consisting of terracotta block work and glazed curtain walling.

The internal finish is to a high specification including I.T network and BMS for comfort cooling. The building has a high insulations and the use of natural light to make it a low energy building.
