The Gorham Building, Derby, is a steel framed two storey Project Hall at the Raynesway Site, built for Rolls Royce. The project, carried out by Midlands construction contractor GF Tomlinson & Sons, was completed ahead of schedule and opened by Sir Robert Walmsley, Chief of Defence.
