Central Stores for EWS Railways
A new build industrial premises for EWS railways provided a high bay facility with offices and a category one floor slab to facilitate computerised warehousing.
The project, located in Toton, Nottinghamshire, also included large scale remediation of the site prior to development, and external works, utilities, drainage, access roads and security provisions. Construction and civil engineering contractor GF Tomlinson & Sons was assigned to the building project.
