T.K Maxx

This project involved the extension of an existing shopping centre and construction of a new build retail unit for TK Maxx at The Octagon Centre in Burton on Trent, Staffordshire.

The construction work was undertaken by GF Tomlinson in a live occupied environment adjoining a busy Shopping Centre requiring constant access and egress for pedestrians and car parking.

The £1.1m fast track project was completed on time within 21 weeks to coincide with the Octagon Centre’s 10th Anniversary Open Day.
