This new build project in Stevenage, for Commercial Developments Projects, involved the construction of a large warehouse and retail units incorporating all services, utilities, drainage, external works, car parking, road alteration and finishings.

Work by Derby-based construction specialist GF Tomlinson was undertaken in the confines of a busy town centre environment which required careful planning to allow safe access and egress for traffic and pedestrians at all times.

This £1.0m project was completed in 26 weeks on time and within budget.
