This development comprised the construction of luxury state of the art residential accommodation in Nottingham, consisting of a mixture of 38 single story and duplex buildings linked via a glazed atrium.
The internal fit out is completed to a very high specification including CCTV and a fully integrated ventilation system.
This project was procured on a partnering arrangement (GMP) negotiated on the back of a recently completed project.
