This £2.5m project involved the construction of a new build four-storey luxury apartment block in Nottingham, consisting of 24 apartments.

The structure is reinforced concrete with metal roof, block work and render, and specialised glazing.

Features include elevated internal specification, passenger lift, under floor secure parking and CCTV surveillance.

The Midlands construction project was made more difficult due to the tight site envelope situated in the middle of the residential area.
