JCB Limited, The Mill

This project involved the refurbishment of existing offices within the Grade II Listed Mill Building and the construction of additional offices in Rocester, Staffordshire.

The work was undertaken in a sensitive manner in order to preserve many of the buildings original features.

This was a tricky project due to the logistical movement of staff in the building and very tight access alongside a river bank. The scheme was completed on time and within budget.
