This prestigious renovation, refurbishment and extension project for Derby City Council involved the demolition of the Slipper Baths and internal areas.
The refurbishment of the existing 1920’s Methodist Chapel, which is Grade II Listed, formed an entrance, reception, two Dance Studios, Auditorium, Backstage and male and female changing facilities.
The construction of a new two-storey building formed a Video Café, Bar, Kitchen and Meeting Room.
This project was awarded East Midlands JCC Craftsmanship Awards for outstanding workmanship.
