The construction of GF Tomlinson Building Limited's new headquarters commenced on site in April 2006. This 4 storey building is situated on the outskirts of Derby City Centre and is due for completion in May 2007.

This £2.5m negotiated Design and Build project involves the construction of a 3 storey, steel frame, brick clad high specification office accommodation. The internal specification includes full disabled access, passenger lift, high degree of M&E content e.g. computers and air conditioning.
