The construction of a new build commercial development in Foston, Derbyshire, consisting of more than 50,000 square feet of high specification office space in separate detached blocks, has been carefully designed and located to take full advantage of the site benefits.

GF Tomlinson is currently part way through this fully self-financed development which was initially conceived on the basis of a land provision/first unit development joint venture and partnering arrangement with the former land owners.

This major office and factory redevelopment involved extending the factory, removing and replacing a major area of the factory roof and the construction of a new two storey corporate office building.
