This commercial new build construction project carried out by GF Tomlinson Building in Burton on Trent incorporated the design and construction of an 84,000 sq ft warehouse building with a two storey, 4,000 sq ft office building to the front elevation.

The existing site has been remediated by the Employer and the works comprises ground improvement to the footprint concrete pad foundations, a new high tolerance concrete ground floor slab, and a double span steel portal frame with built up roofing and cladding systems. The works also includes the associated car park, service yard and access road including drainage and mains services.
