This commercial project in Birmingham involved the demolition of an existing building and the construction of a single storey steel frame car auction facility.
The West Midlands site needed to remain open and fully operational to allow auctions to be held on three alternate weekdays, so the project was phased.
This was made all the more difficult due to the fact that overhead cables ran down the full length of the site therefore heightening the potential risk to health and safety.
This £1.5m project was completed in 52 weeks on time and in budget.
