The Build Higher Framework is the University of Birmingham’s own construction framework which will see investment in their campus over the next 10 years.
The agreement, which runs until 2030, can also be accessed by all Higher Education institutions throughout the UK, reflecting their vision for collaboration and continuous improvement for both the University and the sector as a whole.
The framework has a clear long-term, collaborative strategy across all construction disciplines aiming to maximise efficiencies, sustainability, social value and environmental enhancements for the wider HE sector.
G F Tomlinson have been appointed to deliver projects between £2.5m and £10m.
